Does yearly billing give me all credits up front?

No. Yearly plans are billed annually, but credits are still granted monthly. This keeps usage predictable across the year instead of front-loading the entire balance.

Can I upgrade or downgrade later?

Yes. Upgrades, and switching from monthly to yearly, take effect immediately and reset billing plus credits from that moment. Monthly downgrades are scheduled for the next renewal.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can manage or cancel your subscription in the billing portal. If you cancel, your current paid period usually remains active until the end of that billing cycle.

Paid plan renewal credits are not set to expire separately. Some free or promotional credits may have their own expiry window, and that will be shown where those credits are issued.

What happens if a generation fails or I need a refund?

Consumed service is generally non-refundable. But if a generation fails, the related credits can be returned according to system rules. Failed-job credit returns and payment refunds are handled differently.
